Limits
Business relations between spipa technik, Kleingern 67, 94081 Fürstenzell and the client are only governed by these Terms. Conditions to the contrary or differing from these Terms are not accepted by spipa technik and we herewith expressly object to them. Contradictory Terms and conditions of the client are only valid if spipa technik agrees expressly and in written form.
Conclusion of the contract:
By clicking the button "submit order" you submit an obliging order of the goods contained in the Cart. Directly after sending the order you will receive a confirmation of receipt. The contract of sale is accomplished with our confirmation of delivery or with the delivery of the goods.
Access to the wording:
The wording is saved. You can at any time see the Terms on our web pages. You can see your precise order data in the category "My Account".
Delivery times
From the product details you see the estimated delivery time. If there are no specifications, delivery is carried out within 30 days after your order. It is possible to agree upon longer delivery times if desired.
Partial deliveries
We are entitled to partial deliveries. Additional forwarding charges accrue only if this has expressly been agreed upon.
Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer in terms of § 13 BGB you are not bound to your order if you withdraw within a time limit of 2 weeks after receipt of the goods. The withdrawal must not contain a justification and may be done in written form (e-mail is sufficient) or by sending back the goods at our risk. To meet the deadline, timely mailing shall suffice:

Please prepay the parcel sufficiently in order to avoid surcharge. We will then refund postal charges to you immediately. If you are sending back damaged or used goods, we will deduct the legally allowed amount; you can avoid this by solely testing the goods as it would have been possible in a shop for example and by sending them back without traces of usage and in the original package.
The following articles are excluded from return:
- goods that have been manufactured according to client specification or that have definitely been adapted to personal needs or that are not suitable for return consignment due to their condition.
Warranties:
We guarantee the reliability of our products according to legal requirements. In case of defective goods we will at first provide you with a replacement or repair the articles according to your choice. If the rectification of defects fails or the merchandise delivered in addition is also defective, you may return the merchandise with complete refunding of the purchase price or keep the merchandise and abate the purchase price.
Conditional sale
We keep the property in the delivered goods until complete payment.
Court of jurisdiction
The court of jurisdiction for all legal disputes concerning this contract is Passau.
Privacy statement:
We will use your personal data only to process your order. We store and process all client data considering the respective regulations of the National Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservice Data Protection Act (TDDSG).
You are at any time and free of charge
We do not give your personal data including your mail and e-mail addresses to third parties without your explicit and anytime revocable permission. Excluded from this are our service partners who need data transfer to proceed orders (e.g. the mail-order firm that has been charged with delivery and the bank that has been charged with the handling of payments). In these cases the extent of the transfered data will be limited to the required minimum.
