Reconsignment & Warranty

Reconsignment
You can cancel your contract within two weeks without need of explication and in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods unless you have executed a commercial or self-employed activity (orders by entrepreneurs).  The deadline begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and a detailed instruction in written form. In order to meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods in time. The cancellation is to be sent to: spipa technik, Sabine Gattermeier
 
Consequences
In case of a valid cancellation both sides have to return the received services and if necessary benefits (for example interests).  If you are not able to return the received service completely or partially or only in declined condition, you have to replace its value should the situation arise. This is not valid if the decline of the article is exclusively attributed to a test as it would have been possible in a retail shop for example. By the way, you can avoid the obligation to replacement by not using the object like your own and by omitting everything that may decline its value.  Objects that may be sent per parcel are to be returned at our risk. Objects that may not be sent per parcel will be picked up at your home. You have to meet your obligations within 30 days after sending your cancellation statement.
 
"Sale or return" does not exist for goods that were produced according to client specifications or are clearly designed to meet personal needs or are not suitable for return due to their character or may decay quickly or whose expiration date has  been transgressed.

Our manufacturers guarantee for the reliability of their products. Please see the detailed warranty conditions from the descriptions in the online shop or from the information in the user guide. In addition we guarantee for our products:  Two complete years from date of invoice we fulfill your warranty claims and provide attentive service.
