Delivery within the Federal Republic of Germany
We deliver as fast as possible per DHL (Post) – normally wtihin 1 -
2 working days. For greater volumes and amounts we charge a forwarding
company, delivery times are then announced only after consulting the
forwarding company.
DHL (Post)
In case you are not at home at the moment of delivery, the post
will inform you by leaving a delivery notice. You may then pick up the
parcel in your post office. For greater volumes and amounts we charge a
forwarding
company.
Pickup
It is always possible to pick up articles on the spot. We are looking forward to your visit.
Deliveries to EU countries
For deliveries to the countries of the European Union (EU) applies the
VAT valid in Germany for private buying and orders by private
individuals. For company orders we only deliver after deductions if you
have told us your sales tax identification number.
Deliveries to non-EU countries
For orders from non-EU countries we deduct from our prices the
included German value-added tax. You will nevertheless have to
pay the respective country-specifique import sales tax at your customs.
Issuing an invoice after tax is only possible if you submit a stamped
custom export declaration. We cannot provide information about the
collection of customs duties.
Delivery times
Your order will be proceeded immediately
after receipt. Delivery occurs within 1-2 working days. Ordinary
delivery times is 3 working days from receipt of the order.
Billing and shipping address
After having been registered with your email address and your
password, you can modify your address. As soon as you have saved the
data, the changements are transmitted to us. The changements are
immediately visible in the order form and are also valid for your
order.
Transport damages
Damages during transportation
may occur despite all care. In this case we naturally replace the
damaged articles free of charges. Transport damages have to be claimed
to the forwarding agent immediately on receipt of the goods.
Afterwards you inform us of detected transport damages. In case you
would
want to send back goods, please inform us in advance by email, fax or
phone.
Cleaning & Maintenance
