Order procedure
spipa technik is open to you round the clock and 7 days a week on the Internet. If you want to order something you may do this:

- or by email under mail@spipa.com
You may reach us by telephone monday - friday from 08 to 18.
If you are searching for an article which could fit into our range of
products, but you cannot find it anywhere,
please let us know. We will be happy to try and find a solution for you.
Order
When you have found the desired product, you can
put it into the shopping cart without obligation by clicking the
button [add to Cart]. You may at any time look at the content of
the Cart without obligation by clicking the button [Display Cart]. You can
remove the products from the Cart at any time by clicking the button
[remove]. When you want to buy the products in the Cart, click the
button [Continue to Next Step]. You will then be asked to write your
personal data, to select the type of payment and to confirm that you
read the customer information. The order procedure can be canceled at
any time or be finalised by clicking the button [submit order].
Payment
At our shop you have the choice between different paying methods!
- Credit Card: We accept Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa. In addition to
the card number, the validity and the credit card society
we need the checking number of your credit card. The checking
number is a triple-digit (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa) number
on your credit card that ensures payment security on the Internet. All
data of the credit card are transmitted SSL-encrypted. Further
information about SSL-encryption can be found in "Security & Data
Protection".
- Prepayment: Upon receipt of the invoiced amount on our account we will send you the ordered goods.
- Cash on delivery: If you choose cash on delivery, you will give the
amount by cash to the postman or the forwarding agent on receipt
of your parcel. In addition to the cash on delivery amount the post
collects charges (currently € 2,-).
Advice for bank transfer within the EU
Payments from foreign banks within the EU are not charged if you
indicate the below mentioned IBAN and SWIFT Code of our account on your
transfer.
Without these codes your payments are booked to our account only after a deduction of €
7,00 that you have to pay in addition if you are not transferring from a German bank.
Conditional sales contract
Until complete payment the delivered goods remain property of spipa technik, Sabine Gattermeier.
Modify or cancel order
In order to modify or cancel an
order, you have to be registered in "My Account". Please note that
modification or cancellation is only possible the day of the order,
within one hour after having submit the order. If you are not
registered in "My Account" an email to
mail@spipa.com or a telefax to +49 8502 922200 will be sufficient.
Conclusion of the contract
By clicking the button "submit order" you oblige your order of the goods contained in the Cart. Directly
after sending the order you will receive a confirmation of receipt. The
contract of sale is accomplished with our confirmation of delivery
or with the delivery of the goods.
Access to the wording
The wording is saved. You can at any time see the Terms on our web pages. You can see your precise order data in "My Account".
Prices
The prices are final prices and contain the legal value-added tax of currently 19%. More details are on the product pages.
Identity and address of the seller
You are concluding the sales contract with Sabine Gattermeier. In the imprint you find more details concerning the seller.
